GiftQuest is state-of-the-art software for the identification of and practical local church and secular vocation application of motivational giftedness. It's versatility is seen in its being the gift determination and ministry involvement resource of choice for individual, a class, a home group, a cell, the largest of the mega congregations and all manner of counseling.
Our Mission was to utilize the capabilities of the computer to develop a test and measurement theory accurate motivational gift assessment resource and correlate it with practical application to local church ministry involvement and/or secular vocation aptitudes. We further sought to make the cost of the resource such that it was both realistically available for the smallest of churches and still possess such capabilities that it could be the resource of choice for the needs of the mega sized congregation.
GiftQuest Authors
GiftQuest is the work of two long-term pastors. Mr. Leonard Sisson is solely responsible for the computer programming. Dr. Russell Porcella is largely responsible for the creative work. They worked together for more than five years to develop this computer driven resource to aid in the ministry involvement placements of members of the congregation that they both served in as pastors. In the course of its development others found out about the resource and requested copies for their congregations. Beginning in 1993, GiftQuest was made available for purchase. It is now sold all over the United States and is being utilized in Guatemala, France, Australia, Canada and Russia. It has sold on an exclusively word-of-mouth basis since the one month of advertising that was done in January of 1993 to make the resource known.
